Our winetasting on September 13, 2008 at Wine Steals NTC Promenade Point Loma helped us raise money for our 501(c)3 charitable foundation filing and our upcoming annual TribalSdStyle festival.

We provided appetizers and five tastings from expertly selected wines. Three of our amazing instructors performed through out the evening - Karen Tapia, Kirti Srivastava and Steven Eggers. We had many neat items for the silent auction - class cards, beautiful art, gorgeous bellydance/costuming pieces, yoga classes, drum lesson, etc. All money from Laura Creatrix' Henna artistry at the event will be donated to fund the festival, with guests going home with a gorgeous bit of body-art knowing that the money went to a good cause.

About Tribal San Diego Style

Tribal SDstyle is a non-profit organization that produces a yearly tribal belly dance festival to raise money for worthy charities. Non-profit dance and entertainment events are held throughout the year to cover the expenses associated with the yearly festival. Our main goals for 2008 are to file for official 501c(3) status and continue to bring in support for our chosen charitable organizations.

The 2008 recipient is Humanitarian Circus, an organization that travels to war-torn and impoverished areas to bring entertainment, arts and laughter to it's displaced children.
